I’m Angie Chalmers.
I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Coach, and Mindfulness Trainer. I help people reconnect with themselves, regulate their emotional state, and move towards a more intentional, fulfilling life. My work blends modern hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and behavioural tools like CBT to help you change how you think, feel, and respond — right now, in this moment.

Angie Chalmers is a highly experienced, GHR-registered Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 23 years in practice. She previously ran a respected private clinic on London’s Harley Street and is now based in Warwickshire. Angie is also a certified Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and mindfulness and meditation expert. She is a teacher trainer, course director, and the author of eight accredited training programmes. In addition, she serves as a professional supervisor for hypnotherapists and is currently completing an MSc in Psychology and Mental Health.
Angie’s integrative approach combines hypnotherapy, CBT, and behavioural science, grounded in a strong understanding of neuroscience and neural pathways. Her work focuses on helping people create deep, lasting change — one moment at a time — by learning to shift their emotional and mental state in the now.
